AGED WOMEN HURT
TWO TAKEN TO HOSPITAL Two aged women suffered injuries in falls yesterday afternoon necessitating their removal to the Auckland Hospital by St. John ambulances. Mrs. Agnes Fife, aged 90, of 22 Norwood Road, Bayswater, suffered an injury to Ihe left hip when she fell in the backyard of her home. Her condition last night was reported to be not serious. Mrs. Marion Arnold, aged 92, of 15 Ireland Street, fractured her ankle when she fell at the corner of England and Ireland Streets. Her condition last night was not serious.
