FRENCH MISSION'S TRIP. PACT WITH BULGARIA (Received December 14, 5.5 p.m.) PARIS, Dec. 13 A French trade mission lias returned after visiting Belgrade, Bucharest and Sofia. The trip resulted in the initialling of a Franco-Bulgarian agreement, providing for a more rapid sett'ement of commercial debts, an increase in mutual trade, and a revival of J*rcnch investments in Bulgarian industry. Also tlio basis was laid for a new Franco-Rumanian agreement. The Yugoslavian negotiations aim at a modification ot' tho existing clearing arrangement.
