OPENING AT PAEROA [BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] PAEROA. Wednesday The opening: of the polo season in Pucroa was held at tho Paeroa racecourse, where a field day was held. Tho Hauraki and Hikutaia polo clubs took part, while two of the principal Waikato teams played an exhibition match. This was between Morrinswlle A and Waihou A, the latter winning by ono goal to nil. After three very interesting and close ehukkas. between Hi and 50 players from all parts of the district played from noon until after 4 p.m. there was a .good attendance of spectators. The course, which w;.s in good order, was made available by the Ohinemun Jockey Club. Tho organisation of the Hauraki club's secretary, Mr. J. K- h® an ; r .
