HANGAR FOR WIGRAM

The contract for the construction of the new temporary wooden hangar at Wigram aerodrome has been let by the Public Works Department to .Mr. 1). R. T. Hall, of Christeluircli. The new hangar, with annexe, will be '26sft. long by 133 ft. wide, or considerably more than twice as large as the existing concrete hangars at the aerodrome. It will he used to accommodate Territorial Air Force machines and for the storage of some of the -additional aircraft which are being acquired from the Imperial authorities by the Government. The contract calls for the completion of the building within five months.
