FUND FOR UNIFORMS market at te aroha Organised to assist tho Municipal* B.aiuf uniform fund, the Christmas market held in the Catholic Hall ,at Te Aroha was an outstanding success. Tho babv show was tho main attraction during the afternoon, when about 70 infants, ranging from a few months to two years, were paraded before the judge. Sister Muslin, matron ot the Pacroa Hospital, who was assisted by Mrs. Ripley. Tho winners woro as under: —One month to six months: Girl, Baby Johnson, 1; hoy, Baby Kingslcy-Smith, 1. Six months to 1~ months: Girl, Baby Hunger, 1; boy, Baby llenouf, 1. One year to ono and a-half vears: Girl, Baby Rogers, 1; boy, Baby Empson, 1. One and a-half years to two years: Girl, Baby Finnigan, 1; boy, Baby Griffiths, 1.
