PRESENTATION
After being stationed at Tauranga for two years, Senior-Sergeant A. Henderson, who has been transferred to Whangarei on promotion, was farewelled, when a number of citizens and members of the ~ police force gathered at the station to make presentations. Inspector C. W. Lopdell, of Hamilton, congratulated Mr. Henderson on attaining higher rank, and on behalf 9f the police presented him with a military brush sot. Mr. A. J. Hording also made a presentation. Members of the Bar in Tauranga also made a presentation to Senior-Ser-geant Henderson. Mr. E.' L. Walton, S.M., making the presentation, paid a tribute to the relations that had existed between Mr. Henderson and the Bench and Bar.
