HEALTHY RECRUITING TERRITORIAL FORCE RECORD FOR NOVEMBER British Wireless Rugby, Dec. 0 Recruiting for the Territorial Army created new records last month. The intake of 9606 recruits was the best for any November since the War and the net increase of 6113 brought the total strength on December 1 to 200,190 for all ranks. This is tho highest figure ever achieved since the Territorial Army was reconstituted in 1921, and is only a few hundred below the establishment of 201,607 fixed on November 1. A higher establishment of about 224,000 is now in view. Five anti-aircraft divisions with a combined strength of 65,860 for all' ranks are for the first time included in the latest returns. The establishment of the Territorial Army of all ranks in 1913 was 312,400 and the service Btrength 245,769.
