BILL NOT ABANDONED FEDERAL CABINET'S POSITION CANBERRA, Dec. 10 The Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, issued a statement denying that the Government contemplated the abandonment of the national insurance scheme, and said that no Minister had adopted a hostilo attitude toward that legislation. The only difference of opinion was about the date of the proclamation of the Act.
