MR. EDWARD MOREY. £fROM OUR OWN correspondent] HAMILTON, Wednesday The death occurred in Hamilton today of *Mr. Edward Morcy. of Pukeroro. Born in Whangarei in 184)6, Mr. Morey was a wheelwright by trade, but gave this up after a serious accident. In 1896 ho married Miss Eleanor Clements, of Kaipara Flats. They farmed in the Bay of Plenty until a few years ago and had lived in the Cambridge district for tho past three years. Mr. Morey is survived by his wife and two daughters. There are two grandchildren, MR. ROBERT NEELY [from our own correspondent] . CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday Tho death occurred suddenly yesterday of Mr. Robert James Necly, of Pukekura, aged 6!) years. Mr. Neely lived most of his life in Northern Ireland, but came to New Zealand 13 years ago arid took up land in the Cambridge district. He was an active executive member of the Waikato Central Agricultural Association and a past grand master of the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife, three daughters and ono son. MR. HENRY LONG [from our own correspondent] WHANGAREI. Wednesday The death has occurred at the Whangarei Hospital of Mr.- Henry Long, an old resident of the district. Born in Tasmania in 1859, ho came to New Zealand in 1893, after having spent his early years mining at Broken Hill. He was first in tho Towai district and later moved to a farm at Puwera, where he remained for the rest of his life. An ardent supporter of. tho National Party, he gave a great deal of his time to further the interests of that party. His wife died 15 years ago. MR. D. L. SOWTER £fro.m our own corhf.spondf.nt] CAMBRIDGE, Wednesday Tho death occurred suddenly at his homo at Monavale yesterday of Mr. Denis Leslie Sowter, a well-known farmer of tho district, aged.43 years. He came to New Zealand from England about 13 years ago, and settled at Waitoa. A year later ho came to Cambridge with his brother and took up tho property at Monavale. He is survived by his wife and three children.
