The following officers were elected for the ensuing year:— President, Dr. F. J. Gwynne; vicepresidents, Dr. F. Maekv, Sir Ckrrick Robertson; secretary, Mr. A. Smith Gray; treasurer, Dr. B. Mackenzie; auditor, Dr. J. W. Craven; executive, Mr. J. Dreadon, Dr. A. Macdonald, Dr. G. J. S. Fisher, Dr. F. It. Sroalo.
