DEBATE ARRANGED British Wireless RUGBY, Dec. 4 There will be a debate in the House of Commons on Tuesday cn the Government's proposals for national voluntary service, as outlined by the Minister of National Defence, Sir John Anderson. It is understood that while accepting the schema in principle, the Opposition will- call for further information 'on certain aspects of the proposals. Sir John announced that ho was preparing the necessary machinery so that it pould speedily bo put into operation should the need arise in a national emergency.
