UKRAINIAN MINORITY DEMAND FROM POLAND (Received December 5, 5.5 p.m.) WARSAW, Dec. 4 In denouncing Poland's treatment of the Ukrainian minority, numbering between 5,000,000 and 6,000,000, Dr. Mudryj announced in the Diet that the Ukrainian group intended to introduce a bill demanding the right of selfgovernment. Representatives of the Government replied that Poles and Ukrainians had lived together 1000 years and the Ukrainians, had fared better under Polish rule than elsewhere.
