URGENT BRITISH ORDER NEW PLANT TO BE ERECTED (Received Decomber 4, fi.s p.m.) VANCOUVER, Dec. 3 In announcing tho receipt of orders for British warplanes, the Booing Aircraft Company, of Canada, to-day announced plans for the immediate construction of a plant at Vancouver to cost 300,000 dollars, to meet the demand in the contract for very speedy delivery. Tho plant will he operated continuously.
