Tuesday For failing to keep as fur as practicable to the left side of the road, the driver of a car which came into collision with another car on the Great South Road at Pokeno about 11 p.m. on September 23, Henry Ernest Biddle, public works employee of Waitakururu, was ordered ito pay costs, £1 14s, by Mr. W. H, Freeman. S.M., in the Pukekoho Court. He was also fined 10s and costs, 10s, for havlnß, n ° Warrant of fitness for the vehicle, and a similar amount for having no driver's licence.
