DUKE OF WINDSOR
RETURN TO ENGLAND VISIT EXPECTED SOON TITLE OT THE DUCHESS CHANGED VIEW EEPOETED By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received November 27, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov, 26 The visit paid by Mr. Chamberlain and Viscount Halifax to the Duke and Duchess of Windsor in France definitely marked a new development. This was brought about, it is understood, by the Duchess' decision that she is no longer concerned about the title and rank of Royal Highness, on which previously she had insisted as her right, feays the Manchester Guardian. As this was the only important question delaying the return of the Duke and Duchess, it is now expected that they will shortly visit England and that later they may take up their residence in London.
