TEMPERANCE UNION
HENDERSON BRANCH Tho annual meeting of the Henderson branch of the Women's Christian Temperance Union was hold last Wednesday, Airs. Plntt presiding. A satisfactory report of the year's work was received. A presentation was made to the retiring president, Mrs. Piatt, for long and faithful service.
Tho election of officers was as follows:—President, Mrs. Chadwick; secretary and treasurer, Mrs. Leman; white ribbon agent, Mrs. Biddlej cradle roll superintendent, Mrs. Hansen.
