CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION AUSTRALIAN SUGGESTION CANBERRA, Nov. 25 The Assistant Minister for Territories, Mr. E. J. Harrison, announced in the House of Representatives that the Federal Government had decided to investigate a proposal that the territories of New Guinea and Papua should be administered from one capital located in Papua. Mr. Harrison also stated that the Cabinet had decided that the Salamaua site, originally chosen for the new capital of New Guinea, would be the temporary capital.
