Nov. 22 The county cricket clubs, at a meeting nt Lord's, decided to ask the Australian Board of Control to ' consider standardising all test matches between England and Australia at 30 hours each. The proposed 30 hours would be made up by five six-hour days in England and six five-hour days in Australia.
