PROPOSAL FOR HAMILTON |>KOM oun OWN COKHKSrONDKNT] HAMILTON, Wednesday The plans of a proposed town hall and concert chamber i'or Hamilton wore placed before tho Hamilton Borough Council this evening by the borough engineer, Mr. 11. Worley. The estimated cost was given as between £33,000 and £35,000. Mr. Worley strongly recommended Garden Place as the site, tho cost of tho land being valued nt £IO,OOO. It was decided to hold a special meeting to discuss tho proposal*
