TWO THOUSAND PERISH MANY CHINESE DESTITUTE LONDON, Nov. 20 Two thousand people perished in a five-day fire which swept through the city of Changsha, states a message from Chungking. The Chinese Government is financing relief for the refugees and the police have returned to maintain order. The relief workers are supervising burials and aiding the destitute. The Japanese are advancing on Changsha and Sianyang.
