DRIVERS' AWARD
EMPLOYERS TO CONFER ELIMINATING DISSATISFACTION [BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] BUNEDIN, Monday The probability that a conference of representatives of owners of transport businesses would be held in Wellington to-morrow to discuss the expressed dissatisfaction of employees with the recently issued drivers' award was mentioned to-day by ]\lr. H. J. Knight, secretary to the Transport Alliance. Mr. Knight, who has been in Dunedin in connection with negotiations before the Transport Commission of Inquiry, left on his return to Wellington this evening. He thought a conference with representatives of tho drivers would be arranged for the following day. Nothing was definite, but those were tentative plans in an attempt to find a means of eliminating- grounds,- for-dissatisfactiou.
