INCREASED PERSONNEL
100,000 MEN BY NEXT JUNE LONDON, Nov. 19 Tlio Air Minister, Sir Kingsley Wood, in a speech at the Press Club, forecast that the Royal Air Force would contain 100,000 men by June, 1939. He stated that at present there were Bi>,ooo, compared with 69,500 in March. The financial estimates for tho Royal Air Force for next year would probably bo £200,000,000.
