MODEL PLUNKET ROOMS

EXHIBITION FEATURE £by TELEGRAPH —OWN correspondent] WELLINGTON, Friday . Model Plunket rooms, with nurses in attendance, will be the .Plunket Society's exhibit at the centennial exhibition. The project, which is esti-' mated to ccst £ISOO, was approved by the conference. Mrs. H. Joewtt (Wellington) said the committeee set up to deal with the question had approached the exhibition authorities to obtain a site in the outside section. The directors had intimated that there would probably be no charge, but no decision had yet been made. The committee favoured a temporary structure costing about £IOOO, with £2OO for furniture and sundries and £250 for the salaries of the nurses. Tho responsibility for the organisation would fall on the Wellington committee. It had not been found practicable to erect a building which could be shifted after the exhibition and used for Plunket purposes.
