NEW RACIAL LAW
ITALIAN RESTRICTION PROTEST FROM VATICAN ROME. Nov. 14 The Vatican, holding that the new Italian law forbidding marriage of Aryan Italian citizens with nonAiryans is a unilateral breach of the Concordat of 1929. has protested to the Government.
