SIR WINSTON DUGAN SUCCEED LORD HUNTINGFIELD (Received November f), 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. Nov. 0 It is officially announced that MajorGeneral iSir Winston Dugan, Governor of South Australia, will succeed Lord Huntingfield in 1939 as Governor of Victoria.
The Daily Telegraph suggests that Lord Huntingfield may succeed the Drike of Kent at the end of his term as Governor-General of Australia.
