Ladv Pitt Taylor, who arrived in New Zealand yesterday by the Wanganella, is staying at the Station Hotel.
Mrs. W. J. Hawkings and the Misses Ethelwin and Shiela Hawkings, of Shanghai, are at Hotel Stonehurst.
Mrs. Philip Lightbourne, Shelly Beach Road, Herne Bay, has returned from a visit to Tauranga and Rotorua.
Mrs. H. Lundius, of Wellington, who recently arrived from the South by air, will spend several weeks visiting relatives.
Mrs. F. E. Bell and Miss D. Bell, of Sarsfield Street, Herne Bay, returned to Auckland on Tuesday from a visit to Rotorua.
Miss H. M. Knowles, who has been staying with her mother at Stanley Bay, lias left for the South on her return to Sydney.
Mrs. R. J. Green, Miss Beth Green (Melbourne), Mrs. Randen (Sydney), and Mrs. E. Wallace (Wellington) are at the. Grand Hotel.
Mrs. W. R. Fee, of Mountain Road, Epsom, returned to Auckland yesterday by the Wanganella after a two months' visit to Singapore and Java.
Mrs. J. Walling Jones, of Hinemoa Avenue, Devonport, who lias been on a holiday visit to Australia, returned by the Wanganella yesterday.
Mrs. W. Malonev (Christchurch), Mrs. C. Morling (Wellington), Mrs. W. Mulcock and Mrs. C. Millington (Whangarei) are at the Central Hotel.
Mrs. Norman Davidson, formerly of Christchurch, accompanied by her husband, arrived yesterday by the Wanganella from Sydney. They will make their home in Auckland.
Lady Elliot arrived in Auckland yesterday by the Wanganella, accompanied by Siir George Elliot, after an extended visit abroad. They spent most of their time in England, and visited the Continent and South Africa.
Mrs. B. Jarrnth, Mrs. PI. Townend (Sydney), Mrs. R. A. Mercer, Miss F. L. Barber (Christcluirch), Mrs. R. J. Makgill (Nelson), Mrs. J. C. Wyburn (To Aroha) and Miss B. Price (Wanganui) are at the Station Hotel.
Mrs. Dorothy Vauglian, formerly of Auckland and Christchurch, is continuing with considerable success her lectures in England 011 health, wrote our London correspondent on October 20. On two occasions recently she spoke to business women at the St. Bride's Institute, Fleet Street.
