THE HEDGEHOG
Sir, —I definitely disagree with the stsitement that hedgehogs do not kill chickens. Recently I was awakened during the night by a disturbance in the fowlhouse, and oil investigation found four chickens dead and a hedgehog in the box eating one. I immediately procured a gun and shot the intruder. Seeing is believing. J. N. Bethkll.
