[FROM OUR owx corrkspon-DKNT] WHANGAREI, Wednesday A credit balance of £BO was disclosed by the balance-sheet presented to the annual meeting of parents oi members of the Whangerei Boys' Band. Mr H- Pattison was in the chair. The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. T."Mitchell; president, Mr H Pattison; secretary and treasurer, Air T. Sheen; committee, Mesdames J Marshall and Davidson, Messrs. R. Carter, A. McKcnzie and A. Franks.
