CHIEF JUSTICE ILL

ADMISSION TO HOSPITAL MILD FORM OF LARYNGITIS COURT SESSIONS POSTPONED [by telegraph OWN correspondent] NAPIER, Thursday The Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, was admitted to a private hospital in Napier this evening suffering from a mild form of laryngitis. His condition is reported to be improving. Lady Myers arrived from Wellington to-night.

Owing to the illness of Sir Michael, the quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court to have been held in Gisborne next week have been postponed for a week. They will now open on Tuesday, November 15, instead of next Tuesday. The Napier sessions for the latter part of this week have been postponed until Monday, and it was necessary therefore to put the Gisborne dates back, too.
