RELATIONS STRAINED GERMANY'S EXPULSIONS ALLEGATIONS Of CRUELTY EXCITEMENT IN WARSAW By Telegraph—Press A:?sociation—Copyright Times Cable LONDON, Oct. 31 The city is seething with resentment at the cruelty accompanying the mass expulsions of Polish Jews from Germany, says the War&aw correspondent of the Times. The newspapers were prohibited from reporting admissions to Poland, but this was defeated by the public making contact with thS deportees, whose penniless and homeless destitution tells its own story. One said: "Our only hope is to be allowed to return to the hell whence we have just come." llelief workers are doing their best to alleviate the distress. The Nationalist newspaper declares that Poland will not permit the reconstruction of Europe purely for Germany's benefit. Thci present situation is straining the relations between Poland and Germany. Four thousand Jens, marooned in no man's land, were readmitted to Czechoslovakia and are living in a Brno factory buildiiiig. They have not been granted citizenship.

JEWISH EMIGRANTS PARTY FOR AUSTRALIA GERMAN SHIP TO SAIL LONDON, Oct. 31 The German newspapers are carrying advertisements from the Xorth German Lloyd Company announcing that, the steamer Berlin will make a special trip to Australia from Bremen on December 19 with only Jewish emigrants, says the Berlin correspondent of the Australian Associated Press. She will call at Melbourne and Sydney. The fare will be £75.
