COLONISTS FOR LIBYA
REVIEW BY IL DUCE CONVOY OF THIRTEEN VESSELS (Received November 1, 5.5 p.m.) ROME, Oct. 31 Signor Mussolini, on board the cruiser Trieste, escorted by destroyers, reviewed a convoy of 13 vessels conveying colonists to Libya. The convoy vessels were dressed over all and marshalled in two lines headed by the Saturnia, Marshal Balbo's flngship. The colonists crowded the decks and waved tricolours as II Duce passed.
