ADDRESS BY SURGEON ' TRAVEL CLUB MEETING A description of a journey by Imperial Airways from Sydney to London was given by Sir Carrick Robertson to member* of the Auckland Travel Club it the weekly morning tea in the Milne and Choyce Reception Hall. Mrs. Victor Mackv presided. Special guests of the club included Mr. and Mrs. C. O. White, of London, Mrs Marion Rice Hart, captain of the yacht Vanora, Dr. Rubens, of Genoa, Dr. Wolfskill, of Germany, Dr. Alfred G. Hall, of Toronto, and several passengers from the Orcades. Mrs. W. R. Wilson presented floral shoulder sprays to Lady Robertson, Mrs. Ilice Hart, Mrs. T. F. Johnson (Calcutta) and Mrs. White.

Members of the committee present included: —Mrs. J. A. C. Allum, Mrs. Charles Martyn, Mm. G. 'l'. Simpson, Mrs. J. McKeuzie Wilson, - Mrs. A. Bishop, Dr. Gladys Rowley, Mrs. H. T. Merritt, Mrs. Raymond Sheath and Mrs. G. E. Anderson. Other overseas and outof-town visitors included: —Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Hoag and Mis« M.
