BRITAIN AND YUGOSLAVIA PENDING INVESTIGATIONS (Received October 30. 7.35 p.m.) British Wireless RUGBY, Oct. 2D A member of the staff of the London Chamber of Commerce, Mr. W. V. Stevens, will leave London for Zagreb on November 12 to carry out investigations which it is hoped will lead to increased trado with Yugoslavia. The Chamber, after consultation with the Board of Trade, decided to investigate the possibility of founding a British Chamber of Commerce in Zagreb.
