LARGE CATCH OF FISH
[BV TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] WAIHI, Tuesday The launch Defender, with a party of local fishermen on board, left Tanners Point, in the Katiknti Estuary, during the week-end and returned last evening with one of the largest catches of the season. The catch was made off Whangamata Heads, the half dozen linesmen at times hauling up terikihi and schnapper as fast as they could bait their hooks .
