CANADA'S DEFENCE department worried OTTAWA, Oct. 20 A leakage of secret defence information is worrying officials of the Canadian' Defence Department. Highly confidential items are finding their way "to public circulation, some through newspapers. A board of inquiry has been commissioned to investigate and to impress on departmental employees the neces- «% for secrecy. Because they were mostly Nazi propa--B*i»da, books received f°r the public library from Berlin have been ordered be banned from circulation.
