STATE HOUSING SCHEME
MORE AUCKLAND CONTRACTS [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] WELLINGTON, Friday Further contracts approved by the Cabinet for the construction of dwellings under the State housing scheme were announced yesterday by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary in charge of Housing, Mr. J. A. Lee. These include the following Auckland contracts: —J. Cain, one singlehouse unit and one two-house unit. Point Chevalier; A. G. Grinter, four single-house units, Westmere; A. E. Herbert, two single-house units, Westmere; J. A. Bird, three single-house units, Mount Roskill; Moller and Poulter, one single-house unit, Mount lloskill; Sutton and Sutton, three single-house units, Ellerslie.
