The bank has maintained its dividend on a 10 per cent per annum basis from 11)34. The interim distribution, which is for the half-year ended September 30, represents 5 per cent and requires £187,500. The dividend on the D longterm mortgage shares is at the fixed rate of 7i per cent per annum and absorbs £17,578 for tho six months.
