SINKING OF TUG

FURTHER INQUIRY PLANNED HARBOUR BOARD'S INTENTION Apart from the recent investigation into the sinking of the tug To Awhina in the Auckland Harbour on August 11, the Auckland Harbour Board intends to conduct its OAvn inquiry into the circumstances surrounding tlio vessel's foundering. The chairman of the board, Mr. W. B. Darlow, said yesterday that the board's inquiry would probably take the form of a meeting of the board in committee. and any decision that was reached would be reported to the open board.
