EVE OF HER WEDDINQ MISS PRUNELLA STACK LONDON, Oct. 8 Britain's "perfect girl," Prunella Stack, is planning a perfect wedding at which boxers, baronets, typistes and dowagers will be among the 2000 guests. Miss Stack is to marry Lord David Douglas Hamilton at Glasgow Cathie dral on October 15, and the wedding is to be on a scale equalling that of Lord David's brother, the "Boxing Marquis" of Clydesdale, to Lady Elizabeth Percy, last year. Miss Stack is a very prominent member of the Women's Health and Beauty League, and has a public rivalling that of a film star. .She will walk down the aisle between 16 members of the league clad in outdoor uniform. She will wear a regal parchment velvet gown, with flowers twisted in her hair. Six distinguished girls will bear the 15ft. train, namely Diana Douglas Hamilton, Joan Druminond Hay, Sheena Mackintosh, Rosemary Boyd, and Maureen Savers.
