BRITISH FASCIST LEADER FORGED LETTER PUBLISHED (Received October 14, 7.50 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 14 A forged letter announcing the resignation of Sir Oswald Mosley from the leadership of the British Union of Fascists was published in tho Daily Telegnaph. It was written on • the union's notepaper and bore a forgery of Sir Oswald's signature. Sir Oswald says ho has certainly not resigned and tho report is totally untrue.
