SESSIONS AT HAMILTON EIGHT CRIMINAL CHARGES [from our own* correspondent] HAMILTON, Friday Eight criminal charges are set down for hearing before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court at Hamilton, which opens on Tuesday. Three cases involve allegations of negligent driving causing death and one alleges negligent driving causing bodily harm. The remaining ca.ses relate to charges involving dishonesty. Four civil cases are set down for hearing before the Judge and jury, the claims totalling £4962, each of which arises out of a motor collision. There are four other civil cases to be heard before the Judge alone, as well as 17 undefended divorce petitions.
