NEW ZEALAND OFFICERS [FROM OUR OWX CORRESPONDENT J LONDON, Sept. 17 The following New Zealand actingpilot officers on probation in the Royal j Air Force have been confirmed in their j Appointments:—Pilot Officers W. RMeComb, K. J. A. Johnstone (Auckland), A. W. Nelson,' P. Shennan, A. W. Mack, H. A. Trenchard and K. F. Vare (Wellington), X. McClelland (Christcliurch), J. R. Neill (Dunedin), D. Carlson (Waikato), R. W. McCarthy (Wanganui), K. »N. Pea (New Plymouth), A. C. Glendav (Timaru). Flying - Officer C. C. Hunter, R.N.Z.A.F. (Auckland), who was formerly stationed at the Wigrain Acrodrbmo, Christcliurch, has completed a specialist signals course at the Klectrical and Wireless School, Cranwell. He is to continue his signal studies at the Royal Aircraft Establishment, Farnborough.
