y* - - LACK OF TRAINED TEACHERS EDUCATION BOARD'S COMPLAINT !- / - - Dissatisfaction at / the staffing of mahual training; schools in the Auckland Province was expressed by 'Mr. 0. R. Munro at a meeting of the Auckland Education Board yesterday. He stated that the Ruawai, To Kopnru and Dargaville centres were now closed and that at eight other centres in the province classes were taught by either, temporary or part-time teachers. Some training other than this was needed for teachers. Mr. Munro's remarks were endorsed by Mr. T. U. Wejls, who added that, with Dunedin as' the only homo science training centre in New.. Zealand, all teachers who came north 1 to obtain positions south ns soon as the opportunity offered.
