Although present reserves might appear sufficient against capital, stated the chairman, they had to keep in mind their responsibility in connection with Tooheys Securities, Limited. The amount received by tho Commonwealth Government from beer exeiso for the year ended Juno 30, 1938, was £6,921,451.
