PUKEMIRO JUNCTION CLUB The Pukemiro Junction Flying Club held a race from Hunterviile, an airline distance of 1(33 miles. The result was:—Mr; J. Garrick's entry, 801.1 yds'per min., 1; Mr. A Black's entry, 861.3yd5, 2; Mr J. Garrick's entry, 861.07yd5, 3. HAMILTON CLUB'S EVENTS [>ROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT] , * HAMILTON. Monday The Hamilton Pigebn Club contested* two ; events in unsettled weather. Both races were won by Mr. H. Billington's entries, including tho young bird championship race from Wellington for a cup donated by Mr. A. Sharpe. The results of the young bird championship raco of 242 miles were:—H. Billmgton and Sons' b c c 25, S)46yds a min., t; G. Manktelow's b c c 534, 936 yds a min.. 2: H. Davies' b c 013, 033 yds a min.. 3; L. Cooler's b c 50, 934 yds a min., 4. The results of the race from Palmerston North, a distance of 180 miles, were:—H. Billington and Son's r p c 526, 1132 yds a min., 1; 0.
