FOUNDATION STONE LAID [nv TF,T.r.<;iiArrt —press association] PALMERSTON NORTH. Wcdnecilny The Minister in charge of the I'olice Department, the Hon. I'. Fraser, laid the foundation-stone of the new police station at I'alinerston North in the presence of a larpe gathorihg. Mr, Fraser stressed tlio fact that bo important a police district needed a new station and facilities.
