MOUNT ALBERT DISTRICT A statement that contracts for the erection of 67 single-unit dwellings and eight double-unit dwellings in the Mount Albert borough, let by the Department of Housing Construction, had been recorded to dato was included in the report of the town clerk laid at last night's meeting of the Mount Albert Borough Council. The contract price for the singleunit houses totalled £73,738. This .figure is an average of moro than £llOO for each building. The doubleunit houses were to cost £14,219, an average of more than £1750.
