CEMETERY IMPROVEMENTS ASSOCIATION'S ACTIVITIES "Representations from the association hove resulted in improvements being made in many cases at various cemeteries, not only in the city area, but - also in country districts," stated the. report presented at" the second annual meeting of tho Auckland and Provincial Funeral Directors'- Association last night. Members were urged to bring these matters before the association in order that they should receive consideration by the responsible autliori-. ties. Reference was made in the report to the success of the annual conference of tho Federation of Funeral Directors, and it was mentioned that considerable time had been taken up in the prepartition and presentation to Parliament of the Funeral Directors' Bill, which provided, among other matters, for the . registration of all those engaged in. the business.
