DICKENS FELLOWSHIP
Tho study of "David Copperfield'' was continued at a meeting of the Auckland branch of the Dickens Fellowship last night, the president, Mr. Gr. Cjruickshank, presiding. Miss E. M. Stathani was in charge of the programme, which dealt with chapters 58 and 59 of the book. Chapter 58 was read by the Rev. C. E. Perkins and Mr. D. Veale, while chapter 59 was allocated as follows: —• "The Return of David to London.'' Miss Stathani, "The Meeting of David and Traddles," 'Miss de MoritaLk; "Traddles' Happy Domestic Life. -Miss Manning. An excellent dramatic, sketch bv Mr. 0. Brandon, as David Copperfield. and the Re\v C. K... P< er Mr. Phillip, concluded the .programme.
