40 SHEEP KILLED
ATTACK BY STRAY DOGS OPOTIKI FARMERS' LOSS FOUR CASES IN. RECENT WEEKS [BV TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] OPOTIKI, "Wednesday The fourth serious case of sheepworrying in the Opotiki district recently occurred this week, when more than 40 hoggets were killed by stray dogs on the property of Messrs. Reid Brothers, Tablelands. Many other sheep were injured and tho loss is a particularly heavy one. Three dogs were seen attacking the shoep.
